Included with your site is MME (Manage My Event), a module that allows you to track the progress of your RSVPs, review guest information, Add or modify a guest's information, display reports that will provide you critical totals, and manage table assignements.
MME is designed to make you entirely self-sufficient, if you choose. You may prefer Designs By Pamela to generate and email your reports to you.
For the email notifications we offer, your guest list must be entered into our database. A specific file format will be provided to you. You would put your guest list into that format, email me the file and we'll upload your guest list. You may have your guest list in some other format and simply don't have time to reformat so that it can be uploaded. Designs By Pamela can take your current list, reformat it and upload it for you.
As a part of the discovery call, that will take place once you've requested an estimate, we'll define what you want to handle and what you want Designs By Pamela to handle for you. Everything will be clearly defined in the contract to ensure your success.
